Data retention period: We shall continue to process your information until the contract between us ends or is terminated under any contract terms. For purposes of accounting we use your details for invoicing and retain these details in accordance with Statute of Limitations requirements and will be destroyed once this requirement is fulfilled. These may be held as paper copy or electronically and securely stored.

Processing payments:

  • Cheque payments or bank transfers. We do not retain your bank details these are retained by our bank Lloyds and subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  • Credit and debit card payments. We do not retain your card details these are retained by Sum Up and subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy. Confirmation of payment retains the last four digits of you card number and issued as receipt. This is emailed or a link SMS text message depending on request.
